Senior Development Director, Toronto Community Housing

Andrew is a Registered Professional Planner and member of the Ontario Professional Planning Institute.  He has over 15 years of land use planning experience in Toronto, the GTA, the U.S and England.  His diverse background includes degrees in Commerce, Law and Planning, and work in both the public and private sectors.  He is a Senior Development Director at Toronto Community Housing (TCH) where he works on the revitalization of Alexandra Park, a TCH community in downtown Toronto, and on the revitalizations of Allenbury Gardens and Leslie Nymark, both located in North York.  Much of his work involves master planning, negotiating planning approvals and facilitating building and community design processes.  In addition to his planning work his position requires leadership of a team of development and construction managers, management of development and construction budgets and procurement of consultants and development partners.  Prior to joining TCH, Andrew worked as a planning consultant, with a focus on master planning, brownfield redevelopment, development approvals and proposal call management.
