Ryan Santiago is an Application Technician for the City of Toronto’s Committee of Adjustment. Ryan manages minor variance and consent applications, applying his interests in civic engagement and urban development at the neighbourhood level. Ryan holds a Master of Environmental Studies with an Urban Planning specialization from York University, where he researched the efficacy of public participation in urban redevelopment processes in Toronto.
