Stephanie Kwast, RPP, MCIP

Senior Associate, Bousfields Inc.

Stephanie joined Bousfields Inc. in 2009, shortly after graduating from University, and became a Senior Associate with the firm in 2019. Since this time, Stephanie has gained a diverse background in land use planning matters, which include project management, policy planning, public engagement and the preparation of evidence for Ontario Municipal Board hearings (now Local Planning Appeal Tribunal). Stephanie’s focus has been on a wide array of projects across the Greater Toronto Area, which include residential infill, mixed-use and non-residential developments. She is actively involved in development work and obtaining planning approvals, and has appeared before the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal as an expert planning witness. She also presents to various Councils, Committees and the general public on a regular basis. Stephanie is a Registered Professional Planner in Ontario and a full member of the Canadian Institute of Planners.
