As we return to in-person events, the health and safety of our conference speakers, attendees, and staff is of the utmost importance. OPPI and OALA will continue to follow the latest government recommendations to provide you with the best level of protection at the joint conference this fall.

Mask-friendly event
As restrictions ease in Ontario, we will be offering a mask-friendly event. Masks will be available at the registration desk for all in-person attendees who wish to wear a mask indoors during the conference.

Self-monitor symptoms
During the conference, please self-monitor and if you exhibit any COVID-19 symptoms, refrain from attending the conference and s
elf-isolate immediately. Learn more about how to self-monitor.

Contact comfort levels
In an effort to respect the comfort level of each attendee, OPPI and OALA will be providing comfort level stickers that you can add to your badge for the duration of the conference.
  • Red = distanced networking, no physical contact
  • Yellow = fist pumps and elbow bumps
  • Green = handshakes are welcome
