Registration Fees

Full Conference registration fees include networking receptions (Oct 6 & 7), breakfast, lunch and refreshments (Oct 6-8).  Daily registration fees include meals and evening functions for the date registered only .  Conference Materials and Wifi connection in meeting rooms are included for all registered participants. Registration can be paid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or by cheque (payable to OPPI)

Evening Networking Receptions

Tuesday, October 6 - Networking Reception at Brassai
Located in the heart of the stylish King West District, Brassaii is host to an OPPI Networking reception from 6pm - 9pm on Tuesday, October 6th.   Conference participants will be treated to Mediterranean inspired hors d'oeuvres.  A cash bar is available.  Click here for address

Wednesday, October 7 - Networking Reception at Liberty Grand
Join us for a networking reception in the stunning Governers Room at the Liberty Grand, located right at Exhibition Place.  A cash bar will be open from 6:15pm - 9:00pm and hearty hors d'oeuvres and food stations will be available - you can make a meal out of this evening!  Click here for address 

Pre-registration for Mobile Workshops and Concurrent Sessions

Pre-registration is required for mobile workshops and some interactive training sessions. Pre-registration occurs during the conference registration process. If you have already registered for the conference and would like to sign up for a mobile workshop or interactive training session, please email OPPI's Conference Team at oppi@absolutevents.com. Please note: No refunds will be given for particpants unable to attend mobile workshops after September 30th. 

Cancellation Policy

Registrations cannot be shared with one or more persons, however they are transferable at any time for a $25 fee. Participants may cancel with a full refund less a $125 admin fee by September 2nd.  A 75% refund will apply from September 3rd - 29th. There will be no refunds after September 30th.  Individuals wishing to attend the conference for part or one day only must book under the one day registration fee.

Photo Release

Photographs and videos taken at this event may be used in various Ontario Professional Planners Institute’s print and online publications.
