Heather Swan, MCIP, RPP, PEng, PMP - Heather full member of OPPI and CIP, is a recent addition to OPPI’s Council as a Board member. She is a settler who works for Indigenous and Community Engagement (ICE), which is a 100% Indigenous owned business with Offices at Fort William First Nation and Chippewas of Rama First Nation. She is a highly trusted and compassionate professional with nearly 25 years of experience, who has decided the last 15+ years to being an ally and accomplice to Indigenous Peoples. Her unique dual training and experience in planning and engineering enables an appreciation of varied viewpoints and consensus building, working tactfully and effectively with multiple and diverse individuals and organizations.
