Why Am I a Director? 

I serve as an OPPI Director because I believe planning must shape communities that are equitable, inclusive, and reflective of those who live in them. Planning influences everyday life, and with that comes responsibility. I value representation, access, and belonging, knowing diverse leadership strengthens decisions and public trust. I am committed to advancing equity in governance, mentorship, and professional standards. By supporting emerging planners and fostering inclusive systems, I aim to help build a more just, accountable, and forward-thinking planning profession in Ontario.

I am the Chief Planning Officer of Powell Planning & Associates, servicing clients in the private and public sectors across Ontario.
