Strategic Plan

OPPI Strategic Plan 2025 was created in 2021 and has been in effect since that time. OPPI Council is working on a new Strategic Plan which is due to be approved at their May 2026 meeting.

This plan envisions what professional planning can and should look like by 2025. It positions OPPI to lead the advancement of the profession through a bold, actionable, and adaptive framework. By aligning strategic and tactical efforts, we aim to equip the OPPI Council and staff to navigate emerging challenges and opportunities with clarity and purpose.

However, INSPIRE is not a conclusion—it’s a catalyst. This plan launches an evolving journey of collaboration, where OPPI will continue to engage members and stakeholders, refining our approach to meet the future head-on. Thank you for your dedication to shaping the future of planning in Ontario.
