They support you as your professional circumstances evolve and ensure your membership information with OPPI stays up to date. Please review the descriptions below to find the form that best fits your needs.

Membership Change Form

If you are temporarily leaving planning practice and would like to change your membership status while maintaining your connection with OPPI at a reduced membership fee, please use this form. You can also use this form if you are transitioning to retired membership status or if you would like to return from non-practicing to active membership.

Transfer Out Membership Form

If you are relocating to another province and would like to transfer your membership to another provincial planning institute, please complete this form to notify OPPI and begin the transfer process with the receiving institute.

RPP Seal Order Form

If you are a Full Member and would like to order an RPP seal (rubber stamp or metal embosser), please use this form. OPPI encourages Full Members to use the RPP seal to indicate that a plan or report was prepared by, or under the supervision of, a Registered Professional Planner.

Using the seal helps increase public awareness of the planning profession by demonstrating that:

  • the work is produced by a professional who assumes responsibility for their own work and that of their employees
  • the work is consistent with OPPI’s standards and code of practice
  • the member is a Full Member in good standing with OPPI

RPP Certificate Order Form

If you are a Full Member and would like to order an additional RPP certificate, please use this form. Please note that shipping costs will be added to the certificate fee.
