Why Am I a Director? 

OPPI has shaped my growth as a planner through professional standards, learning, and provincewide connection. Serving on Council lets me give back in a meaningful way. I’m motivated by supporting members, especially in northern and smaller communities, and ensuring their perspectives inform OPPI’s work. I value clear governance, collaboration, and open dialogue, and I’m committed to helping OPPI remain strong, relevant, and inclusive. 

My Background 

As Manager of Planning & Building Services for North Bay, I lead work in land use planning, development review, and building services. With 20+ years of municipal experience, I bring a practical, collaborative approach rooted in public service and integrity. My OPPI involvement includes mentoring, the PKE Committee, Northern District Leadership Team, serving as Council Director (2020–2024), and now Chair Elect.
