Why I Am a Director 

I serve as a Public Interest Representative Director to contribute my public service experience and support strong, strategic governance for the Institute.  With a background in planning and transportation, I value advancing sound policy, fiscal stewardship, and leadership that strengthen both the profession and the communities it serves. 

My Background 

I retired in 2023 after a 36-year public service career, including roles as Deputy Minister of Finance for Ontario and Yukon, three other Ontario ministries, and CEO of Public Administration of Canada.  I have chaired the Ontario Financing Authority and served on several public boards.
