Why I Am a Director  

I joined the OPPI Council because I believe planning plays a vital role in addressing Ontario’s housing challenges and building communities. Throughout my career, I have worked with planners, governments, communities, and developers to advance projects that balance public policy objectives with the realities of delivery. I value the opportunity to contribute a practical perspective on housing and development while supporting OPPI’s mission.

My Background

I am the Chief Development Officer at Toronto Community Housing, Canada’s largest community housing provider. My experience spans real estate development, finance, affordable housing, community revitalization, public-private partnerships, and project delivery. I am a CFA Charterholder and hold a PhD in Immunology.
