Uzo Rossouw
Uzo Rossouw is Manager, Planning Services, at the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC). A seasoned planner and  project manager, Uzo has experience in land use planning and economic development. She also has in-depth understanding of planning policies, legislation, principles and techniques and extensive experience managing complex development files and applications.

Uzo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Waterloo and is a full member of the Ontario Professional Planners Institute and the Canadian Institute of Planners.

John Chmielewski is Manager, Valuation and Customer Relations, at the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC). With over 20 years’ property assessment experience, John has held a number of valuation positions with MPAC and currently leads a team of assessors focusing on the property valuation and classification of development land in the City of Toronto.

John is an accredited member of the Institute of Municipal Assessors (M.I.M.A), a licensed Paralegal by the Law Society of Ontario, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.
