Adrian Litavski, Managing Partner

Adrian has over 30 years experience in a range of settings. With experience working for private development interests, municipalities and over 25 years of experience as a consultant, Adrian has extensive experience in project management, feasibility studies, policy planning, land development, & more. Prior to joining the firm in 2000, Adrian worked as the Land Use Planner for Parc Downsview Park Inc., and as the Senior Planner for the City of Whitehorse.

Adrian is a graduate and long-time supporter of the University of Waterloo’s School of Planning, and a dedicated follower of urban issues and local politics. He finds inspiration in good urban design, architecture and smart city-building – whether here at home or in his travels. Personal hobbies include a keen interest in history, aviation and the sciences paired with a love of fine wines and a good pint.

Brandon Stevens, Partner

Brandon has diverse experience throughout the public and private sectors of the land use planning industry. Prior to joining the firm, Brandon worked for the City of Toronto’s City Planning Division, Lanterra Developments, the Ontario Land Tribunal, and Toronto City Councillor Mike Colle. Brandon has experience with project management, feasibility studies, and all aspects of land development including the appeal and political processes.

Brandon is a graduate of the University of Toronto (BA, City Studies) and York University (MES Pl.). Brandon has served in various roles on the MES Planning Alumni Committee (MYPAC), most recently as Chair.

Brandon enjoys spending time at the cottage, playing hockey, and attending concerts. He lives with his wife Stephanie and cat Mia in Pickering.
