Anika Munir

Anika Munir is a real estate development and urban planning professional with a Master of  Planning (MPL) from Toronto Metropolitan University. She currently works as a Senior Development Coordinator at Dunpar Homes, where she leads and supports residential and mixed-use development projects through planning analysis, development coordination, and municipal approvals. Previously, Anika worked at Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC), focusing on housing finance, market analysis, and policy design to improve housing affordability and development feasibility across Canada. Her work bridges policy, urban planning and private development, guided by a passion for building sustainable, and vibrant communities.
