Jennifer Roth

 Jennifer Roth, a Senior Development Consultant with the City of Hamilton, focuses on utilizing surplus municipal land for affordable housing initiatives. Her role involves adding predictability to the development process for non-profit groups aiming to become owners, developers, and operators of affordable housing on these sites. With a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from McMaster University, a Masters of Planning (Urban Development) from Toronto Metropolitan University and over 10 years of progressive planning and housing experience, Jen brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Outside of work, she enjoys cycling in Hamilton and surrounding area and supporting local breweries, restaurants and coffee shops.
