Kurt Tiltack

Kurt Tiltack, B.A., B.Ed., MBA is a managing partner at Pathways Training & eLearning Inc. He has over 15 years of experience leading change management, corporate training and organizational strategy initiatives. Kurt is responsible for managing the overall direction of Pathways, along with ensuring the successful execution of the company’s consulting efforts. He has worked with OPPI in the past on speaker training for conferences and symposiums.

He holds a master’s degree of Business Administration and bachelor’s degree in Arts and Education.
