Monika Rau

Monika Rau is a Development Coordinator at Dream Unlimited, and specializes in developing mixed-use communities and the revitalization of underutilized assets within Toronto and the GTA. Her scope of work ranges from assistance in site acquisition to concept development to municipal approvals all the way through to construction hand-off. She received an Honours BA in Geography and Environmental Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University, MSc in Rural Planning and Development from the University of Guelph, and holds a real estate license. Monika is a Candidate member of OPPI and a member of the OPPI Toronto District Leadership Team.
