Pamela Strong has a Bachelor’s degree in Ecology from the University of Guelph. She has been working for the Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority since 2004; currently as an Integrated Watershed Management Specialist. Throughout her career at the conservation authority, she has developed numerous watershed and subwatershed plans and strategies, watershed report cards, monitoring reports, and contributed to the Assimilative Capacity Study for the Lake Simcoe and Nottawasaga River watersheds. She is now working toward the implementation of recommendations made through the authority’s subwatershed plans; including activities related to the authority’s salt management plan and key performance indicator reporting.
