Pramila Javaheri, C.Med, BA (Hons)

Pramila is an engaging speaker, Mediator and Trainer working in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) for over 17 years. She has provided mediation, ADR & leadership training and consulting services to thousands of participants of many organizations, including union groups, crown corporations, major Canadian enterprises, faith groups and community organizations across Canada. She is noted for her course on the Dimensions of Leadership & Conflict.

Pramila is VP President Elect at the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario and has the distinct designation as a Charter Mediator (C.Med.) by the ADR Institute of Canada.
Her work and success in ADR and Community Engagement has been featured on CBC radio, CTV and in the Toronto Star. She has also guest lectured at Schulich School of Business, Ryerson, University of Ontario, George Brown College and Seneca.


Morgan Boyco, B.A., MSc.Pl.

Morgan is a community planner and public engagement specialist at Dillon Consulting. He has worked in diverse communities across Canada and around the globe, focusing on democratic decision making processes in complex dialogues about our communities, development and the environment.
