Zahra Jaffer and Lindsay Nooren

Zahra Jaffer, MES, Pl., B.Sc. (Env Bio), is a Candidate Member of OPPI, Planner and Associate with Dillon Consulting Limited, and the Technical Group Strategist for the company’s national Community Planning and Urban Design team. She also serves on the Executive Committee for the Great Lakes Chapter of the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2) and is the Southwest District member of the OPPI Planning Knowledge Exchange Committee.

Lindsay Nooren, MES, Pl., BA (Hons) is a Candidate Member of OPPI and a Planner at Dillon Consulting Limited on the Community Planning and Urban Design Team. Lindsay also serves on the OPPI Western Lake Ontario District Committee.
