Under the supervision of the Director of Planning & Development, the position will provideoperational support to the planning, building and economic development functions. In this capacity the position acts as the first point of contact related to planning and building services. The position receives and processes applications, general inquiries; responds to public complaints; prepares correspondence, emails, by-laws, and reports; and attends committee and council in respect of projects, applications, and departmental business, as required.
