STEP ONE: Use OPPI’s banking information below to make your direct deposit payment to OPPI through your bank.

STEP TWO: Complete the Membership Renewal Member Details excel file with the first name, last name, invoice number, and amount paid for membership that you're renewing.


STEP THREE: Complete the form below to finalize your membership renewal for multiple members. Be sure to attach the Membership Renewal Member Details excel file to the form below.
