OPPI article in AMCTO Municipal Monitor magazine

OPPI recently contributed an article to Municipal Monitor, the magazine produced by the Association of Municipal Managers, Clerks and Treasurers of Ontario (AMCTO).

The article is called The Port Lands: A Model for Indigenous and Non-Indigenous Co-Ownership and explores how The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne (MCA) and the City of Cornwall signed an historic agreement as equal partners and co-owners of the Port Lands in Cornwall, Ontario.
