Managing Change - It's Kinda Like Skiing

Join Jeff as he takes planners (and would be skiing enthusiasts) through the thrills and spills associated with the ever-present challenge of managing change. Planners have many of the requisite skills to help guide others through the process, but they don't always see it that way. And while not all planners want to (or can be) skiers, they can lend their considerable talents to helping others cope with the process of change. The similarities between a blue square downhill run and a process under the Planning Act are not dissimilar. Jeff will give you a couple of tips and tricks to help you make a smooth run through a change process, getting you to base lodge in one piece, while avoiding some of the more common flat spots, big moguls and black ice.
