How Our Code Stacks Up

The session will assess the OPPI Professional Code of Practice in relation to those of other professions. Similarities and distinguishing differences will be highlighted and the presentation will emphasize how the public interest is addressed. It is intended to help Registered Professional Planners better understand their domain of professional practice and its often unique professional and ethical challenges.

• Understanding how defined competencies for ethical, professional planning practice relate to practice.

• Reaffirming the ethical requirements for practice.

• Reviewing the OPPI Professional Code of Practice, which should assist Candidate Members in particular.
