Not Changing What We Do, But How We Do It!

The change management process was a key component of the successful implementation of Mississauga ePlans — an electronic processing system for the submission, review and approval of site and building plans and documents. This session will offer tips and tactics regarding a change management strategy, communication and training plans, the change team, resistance management, and reinforcing change. The Prosci® Change Management Methodology, including the Prosci® ADKAR® model was used as the framework for the ePlans change management project.
