Claire is a Project Manager with the Transportation Planning Department of WSP | MMM Group based out of the Kitchener office. She is a Registered Professional Planner, and the Association of Public Participation (IAP2). Claire has over 8 years of experience focusing on consultation, engagement and facilitation for master planning, policy and program development and implementation for land-use and transportation – specifically active transportation and transportation demand management – projects for all levels of government throughout the Province of Ontario.

Claire is fully trained in the International Association of Public Participation (IAP2) foundations of public participation and is able to coordinate large-scale public and stakeholder consultation programs in and efficient and effective manner. She has developed consultation programs which include various consultation and engagement techniques including but not limited to stakeholder workshops, visioning sessions, public information centres and open houses, conversation cafes, focus groups, etc.

Claire is also well versed in the various online interactive engagement opportunities that are available and is able to develop project specific web portals and utilize social media to help promote and encourage engagement. She understands the various consultation techniques, the appropriate application to achieve unique project outcomes while establishing public and community support. Claire has coordinated, managed, facilitated and implemented over 50 consultation and engagement programs throughout the Province of Ontario.
