David is a Senior Planner with SGL Planning & Design Inc., where he has worked since 2008. David has also previously worked the cities of Mississauga and St. Catharines and for Mattamy Homes. Since joining SGL, he has worked for both the public and private sectors on a wide array of projects and planning studies, with a particular focus on Official Plan reviews, Zoning By-law reviews, policy studies and both minor and major development applications in municipalities across Southern Ontario. David also regularly attends Committee of Adjustment hearings to present applications on behalf of property owners and has also appeared as an expert witness on a number of occasions at the Ontario Municipal Board.
