Ed Starr is a Member of the Canadian Institute of Planners and the Ontario Professional Planners Institute. He possesses a B.A. in Urban Studies and Masters Degrees in Environmental Studies and Business Administration, as well as 43 years of professional experience in the public and consulting sectors. A major specialty area is affordable housing, which has seen him prepare dozens of policy and research studies, planning strategies and community development projects aimed at meeting the housing needs of communities. His work has taken him to every corner of Canada.
