Heather McNeely

Senior Planner, Long Range Planning and Research, City of London

Heather is a Senior Planner in Long Range Planning and Research for the City of London and was a project co-lead on ReThink London and The London Plan.  She has been with the City of London since 1989, and has previously worked in Subdivisions & Special Projects, and Development Approvals Business Unit.  Heather holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies - School of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Waterloo, has a graduate certificate in Project Management, and candidate for a graduate diploma in Public Administration.
