Julie is a Planner with a background in urban, environmental, and heritage planning. At Fotenn, she maintains a balanced portfolio of policy and development projects for both private and public sector clients. Julie’s focus is on the development of Community Design Plans and the preparation and monitoring of development applications for a wide range of planning approvals. She has also been involved in a number of highest and best use analyses and Ontario Municipal Board hearings as well as Class Environmental Assessment, brownfield redevelopment and signage projects.
