Mark Bryan, RPP, MCIP

Mark Bryan is a Community Planner and avid recreational and commuter cyclist with over 20 years of planning experience in Ontario.  A Registered Professional Planner since 2003, Mark has experience with development and policy review and has focused his career on small to medium sized communities.  Mark has been instrumental in the Town of Collingwood’s Residential Policy Review/Growth Plan conformity exercise, focusing on ‘compact urban form’, ‘complete neighbourhoods’, and the changing nature of the community’s demographic profile.  

 

Recently, he has turned his attentions to recasting the Town’s approach to Active Transportation - identifying guiding principles and process requirements to ensure that active transportation is an integral component of public and private development, infrastructure and programming decision-making.
