Planner, Town of Wasaga Beach

Nathan Wukasch, MCIP, RPP, is a Land Use Planner for the Town of Wasaga Beach. In the municipal planning setting, Nathan has focused on policy creation, development implementation, and a broad-range of healthy community planning initiatives. Nathan led a number of Official Plan policy reviews, and played a key role in preparing Wasaga Beach’s Housing Strategy and Age-Friendly Community Plan. He is currently updating the Town’s Official Plan through a strategic Growth Management policy review, and creating policy to implement the Downtown Development Master Plan to chart the future of Wasaga Beach. Nathan has also contributed his expertise in municipal roles in Collingwood and Caledon.
