Sandra McEleney is a Planner with the Regional Municipality of Durham in Whitby. Sandra has an Honours degree in Urban Geography and City Studies (UofT) and is a Masters student at York University in the School of Public Policy. Sandra’s planning work focuses on the topics of mobility, accessibility, health and the built environment and how local and regional government collaboration is key to building great places. Her recent graduate work looks at factors which will help ensure a smooth exchange of knowledge between today’s leaders and tomorrow’s.
