Affordable and social housing site regeneration: a partnership model

It is a human right that every community member deserves a safe and healthy home. At a time when it is hard for many of our residents to make financial ends meet, it is ever so important for municipalities to look at planning policies, housing procedures, and municipal/private partnerships to move forward with affordable and social housing. Planners from the County of Brant and Norfolk County provide examples of how they have worked with Indwell to build affordable housing with wraparound services.
