Melissa Dick is the Coordinator of the Don-Highland Watersheds team at the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority, where she supports the organization and delivery of community events and festivals specifically in the Don River and the Highland Creek watersheds. Her background as a fisheries biologist bridges the conservation science and public engagement realms which has resulted in an interest in multidisciplinary approaches to natural resource management and planning. She has her Master’s degree in Science and has experience working at different levels of government as well as with non-profit organizations.
