Regan Zink

Director, Candidate Member

Regan Zink is a candidate member of OPPI and is currently completing her PhD in Rural Studies at the University of Guelph. She holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies in Urban Planning and a Specialization in Urban Design from the University of Waterloo. Regan has over six years of experience working in the fields of research, food systems, planning, and graphic design and communications. Her research interests include local and regional agri-food systems, community resilience, urban-rural interdependence, agricultural planning/policy, and environmental adaptation and resilience. Prior to being a director on OPPI council, Regan served as Student Delegate for the OPPI Student Liaison Committee from 2020-2022 and a member of the PKE conference programming team from 2022-2023.
