Visual Evidence in OMB Hearings - What it Means and Why it Matters?

Multi-visual formats that demonstrate analysis of proposed development scenarios using both planning and urban design data can have a significant impact on OMB decisions. One example is shadow studies that demonstrate the potential impact of a development in the proposed neighbourhood. This session will focus on OMB decisions where there was a significant visual evidence component with the objective of improving the use of such evidence.
