Ontario Planners are encouraging the adoption of the “Registered Professional Planner” (R.P.P.) designation as a trust mark establishing competency levels and practice standards compliant with professional requirements set by OPPI. How can this trust mark be used as a Digital Seal on the work product of RPP’s throughout Ontario? In this session, Ontario planners will learn the technology, professional and legal frameworks underpinning the use of professional digital seals and signatures in Canada and understand why their clients would benefit from having such a R.P.P. Digital Seal on electronic documents rather than having to manage paper originals.
