Planning for Wine

There is a 400m walk uphill.

Participants will travel to a local winery nestled on the Niagara Escarpment. Roost Wine Co is a family-owned and operated boutique vineyard and winery located on 100 acres just outside Clarksburg. The winery and tasting room are housed in a two-storey 19th century barn overlooking majestic views of the Niagara Escarpment and Georgian Bay. The presenters will discuss the planning approval process and review the development plan for the winery. Participants will tour the facility and explore the vineyard, while sampling the wines.
