Starting a Mentorship Program at Your Own Office

WSP | MMM Group in Thornhill has established mentoring as an invaluable process in professional development. In 2016 it launched its first mentorship program pairing senior and junior staff, and junior staff and students. All participants are volunteers. This session will describe the program and highlight its benefits. It will outline how to structure a mentorship program, gain corporate support and recruit volunteers. After attending this session, participants will have enough information to get started on a similar program in their own workplaces.
