Brett Sears is a Registered Professional Planner and Project Manager in the Transportation Planning Department of WSP in Markham.  He has 17 years of experience in transportation master planning, urban and regional planning, and consultation in Canada, the United States and Middle East.  He has been positively influenced by a number of mentors throughout his life.

In 2015, he led efforts to establish a mentorship program for his department of 40 people.  He now serves as a mentor in the program, meeting on a regular basis with his mentee.
