From Source to Tap – What Planners Should Know to Help Keep Drinking Water Utilities Safe, and Drinking Water Sources Clean and the Quantities Sustainable

This session will explore the Safe Drinking Water Act and the Clean Water Act and related regulations and requirements. Presenters will offer insights with respect to implementation requirements, who and when municipal planners should be communicating with as part of plan review processes. They will also highlight the training offered by the Walkerton Clean Water Centre for municipal staff and councils.
