Alan Drozd, RPP has a broad range of experience at the municipal level addressing a full range of planning issues from policy to application review and urban design in large and smaller municipalities for close to 30 years. This includes substantial experience in a diversity of competitive hiring practices and project administration protocols encountered in a variety of municipal settings. Alan has been extensively involved in hiring and managing the consultant relationship for a full range of land use planning studies including comprehensive zoning by-laws, official plan reviews, secondary plans, intensification studies and corridor studies.
