Barbara Veale, PhD MCIP RPP is currently the Director, Planning and Regulation Services for the Halton Region Conservation Authority (Conservation Halton) based in Burlington, Ontario. Barb leads an interdisciplinary team of planners, ecologists, engineers and regulations officers to effectively carry out the various planning and regulatory roles of the organization.
