Dave McCleary

Mr. McCleary has over 40 years of experience in regional, transportation and social planning, public policy, project management, government relations, issues management and advocacy. 

 

Before joining Strategycorp Mr. McCleary was the Toronto Board of Trade’s Municipal Affairs Advisor where he prepared the Board’s response to the 2007 and 2008 City Budgets and the proposed city land transfer tax and vehicle registration fee.

 

Mr. McCleary served over 33 years in various positions with the Regional Municipality of Halton including Manager of Long Range and Policy Planning, Senior Policy Advisor and Executive Assistant to the Chief Administrative Officer and OMB Case Manager and Senior Policy Advisor to the Region’s Corporate Counsel.
