Elizabeth Howson, B.E.S., MCIP, RPP has over 41 years experience with a focus on the development of official plans, secondary plans, intensification studies and other policy documents for municipalities throughout Southern Ontario. Her work goes beyond vision to implementation including zoning by-laws, community improvement plans, and sustainability guidelines. In particular, Ms. Howson was the project manager/lead planner for the award winning Cornell Secondary Plan in Markham and the North Oakville Secondary Plans/Implementation Strategy, as well as for a range of other studies including the Yonge Street North Planning Study, City of Toronto and Secondary Plans for the Barrie Annexation Lands and the Milton Expansion Area.
