Andrea is a Partner and Urban Designer with MHBC, providing land use planning and urban design services to municipalities for over 15 years. Andrea leads the urban design studio at our Kitchener office. Andrea has experience in preparing planning assessments with respect to development potential for affordable housing projects, the preparation and coordination of public consultation meetings, preparation and completion of multiple Secondary and Area Plans, Neighbourhood Plans and Intensification Strategies. Andrea is also well experienced in facilitating all types of community engagement processes and has been involved in the preparation and leading of numerous public engagement for similar projects. Andrea has extension experience working within the County of Oxford and City of Woodstock and enjoys positive relationships with County and City staff.
