As the Manager of Official Plan and Growth Management, Andrew leads a team that continually innovates to deliver policy and planning solutions to issues facing the City of Brampton – a rapidly growing and urbanizing city. Andrew draws on his 23 years of experience in Canada and the United States integrating land use planning, urban design, transportation planning, real estate and economic development to position cities and towns for success.
